Belmopan City 52nd Anniversary Official Ceremony

 In the evening of July 30th, Ambassador IRYU Kazuhiro, along with other members of the Diplomatic Corps in Belize, attended the 52nd Anniversary Celebration of the City of Belmopan. Following the welcome address by City Councilor Nikki Augustine, Her Worship Mayor Sheran Palacio gave a commemorative speech introducing the  development of Belmopan as the capital of the country. To add to the evening's festivities, a local steel band did a musical performance.
