On April 28th, Ms. TOKUTAKE Mitsue, who was deployed as a JICA Overseas Cooperation Volunteer (JOCV), visited the Embassy of Japan and met with Ambassador SHIRAKATA Nobuyuki and others. She will be cooperating with NGO "HelpAge"- an elderly care facility, during her time in Belize.
