Introducing the MEXT Scholarship program on the Channel 5

On September 19th, Ms. Hikaru Kajiya from the Embassy of Japan appeared on the Channel 5’s “Open Your Eyes” to introduce the Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship program for international students. She was interviewed alongside a 2023 MEXT Scholar, Ms. Vivian Arthurs, who will be pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Chemistry at Osaka University commencing in October. During the interview, they introduced the application process and Ms. Arthurs expressed her enthusiasm and aspirations for her research in Japan and how she plans to contribute to the development of both Japan and Belize.
