Anime Film Screening at the Belize High School

On December 5th, the Embassy of Japan hosted an Anime Film Screening at the Belize High School in Belize City. The film “5 Centimeters per Second”, directed by Makoto Shinkai, captivated students as they commented that they were able to feel the Japanese scenery through the anime and that it was a good opportunity to deepen their understanding of Japanese anime culture.
After the screening, a letter of appreciation was handed to the students who volunteered at Japan Day 2023.
