Courtesy call on JICA Overseas Cooperation Volunteer(okada)

Ambassador Shirakata and Ms. Okada, JICA Volunteer
On July 16th, JICA Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer (JOCV) Ms. Noriko Okada, came to the Embassy to meet with Ambassador Shirakata and bid farewell as her two-year term comes to an end. Ms. Okada provided coaching to softball players throughout the country through the National Sports Council of Belize.
